This building is being constructed at the west end of the new Dunedin Stadium.

Propping has been designed to support the precast beams and a floor system of double T beams.  The loading on the propping under each precast beam is 48 tonne.

Internal birdcage scaffolds 12m in height are required in the gym areas for ceiling and wall cladding installation.

Exterior scaffold is being provided for the installation of precast panels and the cladding.
