The glass house was built 114 years ago and houses exotic palms from all round the world.

Remedial work is being done to all timber work.  None of the scaffold structure can touch the glass house.

The scaffold structure spans 13.37m on each side of the main tower.

Work on the upper part of the glass house will be completed and scaffold will be moved to the lower sections so as to limit the weight of the total scaffold.
